Inquiring minds want to know if Butcher has already met face to face with Sabres GM Jason Botterill. Let's assume that Butcher has already met with and discussed plan the Sabres. Where else would he have gotten a Sabres hockey equipment bag? From his friend Jack's a Eichel? Not likely

Methinks Butcher is just another in the long line of overripe NCAA "stars". The "kid" was 22 years old playing college hockey. He better be good playing against kids.
Zach Werenski is 2.5 years younger than Butcher and excelling in the NHL last year.
Butcher is a two months younger than Ristolainen and Ristolainen is already a four year NHL vet.
The CHL puts a limit on overagers (20 yrs +) for a reason.
